The front man of the Zac Brown Band was reportedly partying in a room at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach, Fla., last Friday where police later found marijuana and cocaine, TMZ is reporting.

However, the “Toes” singer only appears once by name in a police report, which doesn't detail his involvement in the drug-filled party, despite being questioned by authorities, according to the gossip site.

Brown was allegedly in possession of prescription pills and has been asked by authorities to provide proof of the medication.

The drug crackdown occurred at 5:30 a.m. last Friday, when police responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle in front of the hotel. The tip led to the arrest of a man who had more than 30 grams of cocaine on him.

Police followed the drug trail to a hotel room inside, where officials found nine people partying. Two women were arrested for possession of cocaine; one man was arrested for marijuana possession.
