Dolly Bindra and Rakhi Sawant might be banned for comments following Pratyusha Banerjee's death
CINTAA to issue notice to Dolly Bindra and Rakhi SAwant over behaviour following Pratyusha Banerjee's death.
The CINTAA (Cine and TV Artistes' Association) will be reportedly sending a show cause notice to Rakhi Sawant and Dolly Bindra because of their actions following Balika Vadhu actress, Pratyusha Banerjee's death. The way they have behaved has angered many and Amit Behl, Chairperson Dispute Committee, CINTAA told a leading English daily, "A notice will be sent to them soon. People can't stoop so low and hog the limelight when the matter is as sensitive as this. I will raise the issue at our Annual General Meeting on May 1 and propose a ban on them."
Dolly Bindra allegedly took pictures of Pratyusha's body and claimed that she saw "sindoor" on her head in the hospital. She also spoke with the late actress's mother trying to confirm the news of her death in a probing phone conversation.
In her usual outlandish style, Rakhi Sawant asked the Prime Minister to ban ceiling fans and distribute table fans instead as they would supposedly reduce the number of suicides.
